Joshua N. Corman has many years of criminal trial experience including violent crimes, sex crimes, traffic offenses, drug offenses, DUIs, domestic violence, and burglary. As a former Prosecutor, Josh has had experience on both sides so he understands how the system works, how cases are handled by the Government, and all the ins and outs of the criminal justice system. His experience will give him the best knowledge to fight for you.
Josh graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C with a degree in Government. He then proceeded to obtain his law degree from the University of Missouri. During his time in law school, he was an Editor of the Missouri Environmental Law & Policy Review.
Josh is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. During this time, Josh handled felony criminal appeals. He also gained experience by arguing cases before each district of the Courts of Appeals and State Supreme Court.
He also worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Missouri. This experience gave him exposure to handling a wide range of cases consisting of major drug crimes, murders, DUIs, and sex offenses.

Moving To Memphis
Before Josh began his career as a Criminal Defense Attorney, he was an Assistant District Attorney for the Shelby County District Attorney's Office. He spent several years working in the Special Prosecution Unit and the Special Victims Unit (SVU). As a top trial attorney in the office, he prosecuted murders, child sex crimes, rapes and aggravated rapes of adults, and child abuse cases.
